1)         A copy of these rules will be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the KQCH business office, 5030 N. 72^nd Street, Omaha, NE, 68134, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

 

2)         By participating in any contest – on-air, on-line, or in-person, participants hereby grant KQCH, and its licensees, the right to use participants name, likeness, portrait, live or recorded voice and biographical material, in order to advertise, promote or publicize KQCH, its products and any advertisers on KQCH.

 

3)         Participants will release and discharge Journal Broadcast Group Inc. (KQCH), promotion sponsors, and their officers and employees from any liability for any injuries or damages or causes of action arising out of, or in connection with said contest or attendant to the acceptance and use of the prizes won. Prior to awarding of prize, contestants will be required to sign a winner’s form and show proper I.D. certifying compliance with official rules.

 

4)         Journal Broadcast Group (KQCH) reserves the right to modify, discontinue, alter or enhance these rules without notice by placing announcements to that affect on the air.

 

5)         Employees and ex-employees of Journal Broadcast Group, Inc. (KQCH), promotion sponsors, their advertising agencies, parent companies, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in KQCH contests. Members of competing media and their immediate family are also ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.
