Free Dental Care at Capehart Family Dentistry ADentistry From The Heart Event
Who: Capehart Family Dentistry will host a free dental care event through Dentistry From The Heart
What: Dr. Jeff Dworak, along with the team at Capehart Family Dentistry will host their first Dentistry From The Heart (DFTH) event – offering the residents of Sarpy County and surrounding areas free dental care services on Friday, June 22nd 2012.
Event registration will open at 7:00 a.m. at the offices of Capehart Family Dentistry. Patients are encouraged to come early and will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Free dental services will be offered to patients 18+ and include the choice of one filling, cleaning or extraction per patient.
