Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli Plead Not Guilty in College Admissions Case

Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have pled not guilty to the charges against them in the college cheating scandal.  The couple did not appear in court on Monday.

The plea was filed by their attorneys.  Loughlin and Gianulli have been accused of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering in the attempt to get their daughters admitted to college. They allegedly paid $500,000 in bribe money to get the girls into USC. The U.S. Attorney in Boston offered plea deals to the parents in the case. If they weren’t accepted, further charges were expected to be added on.
