Yikes!
Eight Mile Style, Eminem’s publisher, just laid out a lawsuit against Spotify alleging the streaming service is infringing on copyright of his songs.
According to his publisher, “Spotify has not accounted to Eight Mile or paid Eight Mile for these streams but instead remitted random payments of some sort, which only purport to account for a fraction of these streams.”
Long story short, the company is suing for a TON of money.
