Harry Styles announced his non-profit ‘Stay Home’ t-shirt campaign to help stop the spread of the coronavirus and raise money to help those affected by the virus. 100% of the t-shirt’s proceeds will be donated.
Styles wrote in a statement during his project announcement, “In times like these, it is more important than ever to remember the power of people. If you are able to help, please donate where you can. One hundred percent of the profits of this T-shirt will go towards fighting COVID-19. Stay home, self-isolate and protect each other. TPWK,”
Though an amazing gesture many Styles’ fans are not completely sold by his recent act and pointed out a few flaws to his non-profit campaign.
Here are some of the complication’s fans have mentioned:
• These t-shirts are to help fans donate, mass production and delivery of the clothing is needed. This contradicts advice to ‘stay at home’ unless essential.
• There are other ways to donate and help and fans are calling this effort of Styles effortless for not considering the health of those working in factories and delivering the clothing.

how is making these t shirts safe? what about all the people making these and dispatching them? they’re clearly not ‘staying home’ and ‘staying safe’

I get the sentiment, but y’all are literally making him do daily pap walks and now making a bunch of people make shirts in a factory. Maybe a bit in poor taste. Come on.
