Though most of us were hoping they resurface for more MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) action. It has been confirmed by Marvel that the Infinity Stones are no more.
The verbiage used by Thanos in Avengers: Endgame may have had some of us fan speculating that the stones still exist and that they are floating through different dimensions of the universe. The official Marvel social accounts have made it very clear that the Infinity Stones are in fact destroyed.
