We’re getting that Pussycat Dolls reunion after all.
The Dolls have mentioned that they will “definitely” release new music ahead of their rescheduled reunion tour.
The group’s creator Robin Antin told ET that a new album from the Dolls, their first in 12 years, is “inevitable, because all the girls are true artists, all the girls are true singers and incredibly talented.
“Obviously our hits are gigantic hits, and of course we’re going to be [performing those songs on tour], but we’re going to be adding new music and it’s already in the works.”
The pop group were set to play UK arena shows, April last year which were rescheduled for June 2021, but have since been postponed with new dates to be announced. Last year they launched the tour with a brand-new track, React, earning the Dolls their first Top 40 single (UK) in over 10 years.
Also, during the ET interview, Antin also revealed that they are in discussions to collaborate with Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion and Karol G, and added that she would love to team up with Snoop Dogg again following their 2006 hook-up on Buttons.
