Thanks to AL.com we are pretty convinced this Alabama officer is twins with actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
37-year-old Lieutenant Fields has been with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office for the past 17 years. He’s worked as a corrections officer, in investigations, in the special victims’ unit and with drug-endangered children before being sworn in as a Deputy U.S. Marshal.
A Facebook post by Morgan County Sheriff’s Office read,
“This gentleman recently ran into our Sgt. Mason and informed him he wanted to meet our Deputy that people say looks like “The Rock”.
Sgt. Mason passed that along and Lieutenant Fields was happy to swing by the Hartselle Wal-mart to see him. Tyler is one of their many hardworkers and it was great to meet him and some of his coworkers!”
Of the Rock comparisons, Fields calls it a running joke that he’s happy to go along with:
“I’ve been called The Rock and Vin Diesel’s love child… I go along with it. It’s humorous. It’s flattering. It could be worse people, I guess.”
