It took nearly 2 years but Katy Perry has finally sold a four-bedroom estate in the Hollywood Hills.  The 7,500 square foot mansion sat on 2.5 acres and included four bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a spa, a pool and a two-story guest house near the main residence.  Perry initially put the home on the market in September 2017 for $9.5 million. After some price fluctuations, it finally sold for $9.4 million. Sources say the founder of Mr. Chow restaurants, Michael Chow bought the home.
