Workout “Hangover”? Yeah, It’s A Thing

Hangovers aren’t just used to describe the morning after having one too many drinks with friends.

Apparently, a lot of Americans are calling off of work due to exercise “hangovers”.

Research shows that 29% of active Americans have skipped work due to hitting it too hard at the gym. With 55% of those exercise eager-beavers have workout hangovers that have them staying inside all day.

Good lord people! Let’s get some stretching, hydrating and recovery supplements worked into those gym routines.
