Katy Perry offering to sing “Dark Horse” in court didn’t help her win the case brought on by Christian group, Flame.

 Nine jurors in Los Angeles agreed with the plaintiffs who said that “Dark Horse” stole elements from Flame’s “Joyful Noise” and could further cause issues in the future.  Katy Perry and producer, Dr. Luke said they had never heard of “Joyful Noise” and don’t listen to Christian music.

Now the jury will decide how much Katy and Dr. Luke will have to pay up.
