Who wouldn’t love a Dolly Parton themed birthday?
Six-year-old Parton fan rocked her Coat of Many Colors to celebrate her birthday. Tennessee’s Macie Rae Seiber hit a new level of fandom when it comes to the country singer, by having a Dolly Parton themed birthday.
“My Dolly obsessed baby turned 6,” said Macie’s mom Chelsea Lynn Eaton on the Dolly Parton Facebook fan page.
