Everyone one loves a good kitchen hack and this video showing a guy peeling garlic in seconds is blowing people’s minds.
Forget the chef-tested crushing cloves with the flat part of a knife or shaking them loose in a container, here’s a better way.
Sharing a video of the technique, which involves stabbing the bulb with the pointed end of a knife, then pulling the clove out, @VPestilenZ writes, “As someone who makes a lot of Korean food, this is the best method for getting garlic peeled!”
